
Meet Meg
I believe in a full holistic model for healing. Bringing the mind, body, heart and soul all back into connection through different healing modalities. With a background in the medical field as a mental health nurse and a drug and alcohol clinical nurse specialist, I have a full understanding of incorporating the medical model into my healing sessions. From my own personal experiences, I found my way into the holistic modalities of healing through reiki, breathwork and cold water exposure therapy and was then inspired to train in these areas so I could provide this treatment to others. My vision is to empower and support others on their healing journey to a life of inner peace, joy and freedom. Bringing both models of care together to meet in the middle, to provide a full holistic healing session to my clients.

Breathwork
When you become aware of your breath and how you are breathing you can improve your physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

Breathwork combines breathing techniques, meditation, and relaxation methods to;
Reduce stress and anxiety, enhance focus and concentration, improve sleep, improve emotional regulation, increase self awareness, improve sporting performance.

Services Available:
Group sessions and 1-1 sessions available.

Breathwork Coaching:
Assessment and treatment plans available to improve breath health which will enhance and improve sporting performance and general health with breathwork.

Activated Breathwork:
Guided by the facilitator, you will perform a specific breathwork technique which will help to
release stress and tension in your mind and body, process emotional blockages, improve focus and gain clarity, build mental resilience, feel empowered and discover a deeper sense of self. Breaking through barriers and limiting beliefs that have been holding you back in your professional and personal life.
Reiki
Reiki is an alternative and very effective energy healing therapy. It reduces stress, anxiety and provides healing to the mind, body and spirit. It provides a sense of deep relaxation and balances out the bodies energy centres.
Reiki energy is transferred from the practitioners hands to the client, with no or very light touch to the body.


Cold Water Immersion
Cold water immersion, involves immersing the body in cold water for various health benefits. It improves cardiovascular circulation, boosts the immune system, increases mental resilience, increase in energy levels, improves sleep, relieves symptoms of depression and anxiety, promotes muscle recovery and increases metabolic rate.
